Natalie Borg and FAB Bellydance
Jwaad Foundation Course (Josephine Wise Academy of Arabic Dance) - Natalie has completed the foundation course which covers the Health and Safety aspects of teaching oriental dance.
She is currently studying the Jwaad Diploma in 2010 to build on the teaching skills/experience she had previously gained from studying her Cert.TEFL qualification and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and English. Has attended many workshops to improve her knowledge of the dance - teachers include Heather Burby, Yasmina of Cairo, Cammelia, Khaled Mahmood, Eman Zaki, Krystina, Naziha, Angela Wooi, Eva Green, Ann Hall, Akaysha and Ozgen
Has studied oriental dance with JWAAD qualified teacher (and Natalie's mentor) Krystina since 12/01/08
Has been teaching FAB Bellydance Classes est. March 2009 and now teaches in Hampton Hill, Twickenham and Whitton
Is the organiser of Arabesque Nights - West London's bellydance showcase for professional and semi-professional dancers
Is experienced dancing with Stick, Veil, Isis wings and Melaya Leff and is developing her interests in Khalighee and Nubian dance styles.
Regularly performs at parties, charity events and bellydance showcases and also organises her own student performance nights and charity events
Natalie has posed as a Bellydance model for the Rankin Live Exhibition in London and Richmond and Twickenham Photography Society as well as studio photo shoots for photographers Martin Pearson and Don Bax.
She has also modelled for a painting by local artist Gary Chatfield.
